On behalf of our client we are currently looking to recruit a qualified freelancer for a project in Hamburg/Germany with start as soon as possible as a:SCRUM Master (f/m/d)

Key Responsibilities/project details:
Supporting teams in planning and organization while balancing the need for time-to-market with long-term sustainability
Increasing productivity and quality by constantly motivating the teams to reflect their methods and aim for more
Constantly track the health status of your projects
Forcing confidence in the development process by establishing agile measures (such as lead and cycle times, velocity, etc.
Closely collaboration with product development, developers, and other stake holders (e.g., marketing, sales)
That includes for example topics like moderating Retrospectives, improve JIRA-workflows of Project Workstream as well as Service Workstream, supporting newsletter creation and sendout, improving team collaboration within BICC as well as in projectteams
Working place: Hamburg/Germany
Working period: asap till 31.05.2019 (prolongation possible)
Working hours: Full-time
Remote possibility: one day remote per week is possible
Key Qualifications:
Certified SCRUM-Master, ideally also certified as SCRUM-Product Owner
Knowledge about above mentioned project roles and their interconnections to each other
Understanding of agile development practices combined with a good software development education and experience
JIRA, Confluence Wiki, MS Office Professional
