Aktuell suchen wir für einen unserer Kunden in der Versicherungsbranche einen Config Management Consultant (m/w/d) mit folgenden Tätigkeiten:
Project Description: CMDB Migration / Implementation and Data Modelling
Task Description
• Identify and provide the right information/data for cost accounting
• Support with the implementation of a data maintenance plan
• Knowledge Transfer of CMDB and data modeling area
• Ensure that field ownership is correctly assigned
• Ensure that CI’s and the right fields are correctly transferred between the CMDB of the customer and the provider
Skills:
• Technical Must have: Technical and conceptional experience with ServiceNow CMDB, HP Service Manager CMDB, ITIL certificated, Configuration Process knowledge, experienced with Data Modelling and CMDB data transfer. Must be able to support conceptual work, coordination and technical implementation.
• Personal Must have: Analytical, must be able to transfer knowledge well, being a doer and not only theorist, independent working, communicative, should take initiative and seek dialogue, solution-oriented, strong in implementation
• Technical Nice to have: Data Discovery, Process Automation, Datawarehouse (SnowMirror)
• Personal Nice to have: Project Management skills/understanding, familiar with agile methods
Additional information
Our customer is in the process to transfer the CMDB from HP SM to ServiceNow. There it has to be permanently synchronized with Ops Provider’s CMDB. He needs to align on a common data model, field mappings, sync mechanisms, data quality assurance processes, etc. At the parallel stage, the global cost allocation runs for controlling must be supported and taken into account in the new concept.
