Description
Background:Currently rolling out a global SAP ERP solution in one of the production sites in Sakai, Japan and we are looking for an external expert to support the Japanese SAP key users during deployment activities with focus on production, quality management and logistics processes.
Main Tasks:
• Bridge communication and knowledge gap between English speaking IT SAP experts and Japanese speaking key uses in the production site
• Coordinate data migration activities among IT and key users
• Support end user trainings and develop training materials in Japanese language
• Support key users during user acceptance tests
• Provide post go-live support
Required Experience:
• Proven background in SAP Logistics processes with focus on PP/QM
• Experience with SAP rollouts in multinational environment
• Experience in developing training materials and delivering SAP trainings
• Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese language
• Additional knowledge of process industry/chemicals as well as SAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP-DS) preferred
General Conditions:
• Start: ideally in April (latest June 2019)
• Duration: until project completion, approximately February 2020
• Location: Sakai, Japan
• Workload: Preferably fulltime, however flexible/part time arrangement possible (minimum 50%)
