Main Duties & Responsibilities:
The technical architect provides support on demand during the design phases of the project and when required during the development, testing and go live phases.
Min. 5 years’ experience in the following technologies:
• JavaEE architecture and run time environments (HTTP-Server, Tomcat, WebSphere Application Server, LDAP)
• JavaEE security (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signature)
• Quality assurance concepts (CodeReview, Test, analytics tool sets, Profiling), job control APX
• Business Process Modelling (GPM)
• Service Oriented Architectures (SOA)
• UML design and modeling of software systems (OOA/OOD)
• Experience with IBM HOST z/Os Z14
• Modeling tools (Rational Software Architect, objectiF)
• Software Development processes (V-Model XT, Scrum, Agile Techniques)
• Knowledge of interfaces for data exchange based on XML (synchronous/asynchronous)
Environment:
• In-Step as requirement, project management and configuration management system
• Development environment: WebSphere Application Server 8.0
• Databases: DB2 Version 12.x, Oracle 12x
• OS: RedHat Linux 32-bit & 64-bit
• Hosting: IBM HOST z/Os Z14 / Transaction Monitor CICS, Version 4.2, CICS Transaction Gateway (CTG) Version 8
• Other: OpenLDAP, job control APX, CVS, Subversion, ANT
