• 10-15 years of Windchill implementation experience
• Should have customer facing experience in at least 3-4 projects
• Should be able to conduct workshops, gather requirements, draft Functional Specification documents
• Should be technically very good and able to provide best solution approach and alternate options
• Should be able to create technical design document, can review the deliverable
• Should have very good communication and interpersonal skills
