Job Spec: • Strategic terms and product design of a complete insurance product range
• Deliver new products to market
• Project management and delivery
• Market and competition observation
• Translate the Product Value Proposition into digital Customer Journeys
• Plan and monitor product range, including volume and revenue targets, focused on driving return on equity
• Further development of digital sales processes across all channels for digital market leadership and optimized customer journey
• Prepare and support of target group specific campaigns as well as their subsequent evaluation
• Coordination and further development of acquisition measures in the customer base
• Carry out, coordinate and present business case calculations
• Monitoring channel-related sales budgets
• Collaborate with an international team
• Liaise with external product partners to bring the product proposition to life
• Agile working in an interdisciplinary squad, including participation in all sprint events (planning, optimization, reviews, demos)
• Independent coordination of internal interfaces in the above activities
Required Skills: • Have a degree in business or a comparable professional qualification,
• Have several years of professional experience in the insurance, as well as prior financial services expertise,
• Enjoy digital innovation
• Think and act entrepreneurially
• Be a proactive, flexible team player with excellent communication skills and a talent for effectively building professional networks
• Have very good analytical skills and a keen sense for facts and figures,
• Work customer-oriented and strive to continuously improve the customer experience,
• Have good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Word, have advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Possess intercultural and interdisciplinary competence as well as have a very good command of written and spoken business English
• Don't mind some international travel.
