Position's General Duties and Tasks
Identify test requirements from specifications, test case requirements and design test cases.
Develop, document and maintain automated test cases.
Execute and evaluate automated test cases and report test results.
Participate in test case reviews with cross-functional team members.
Identify potential quality issues as defined process and highlight as required.
Isolates, replicates, and report defects.
Track and communicate test progress daily and weekly.
Candidate Requirements Must have:
4 - 5 years' experience as software automation engineer.
Experienced in using HP QTP
Degree in information technology, business administration or related fields.
Basic experience with SQL and webservices.
Excellent verbal and written communication, both in German as in English.
Ability to work in ambiguous environment and deliver projects with minimal supervision and direction.
Willing to understand the clients' business to be able to test and execute a test case with a business focus.
Willing to work at the client project location in Darmstadt / Germany.
Nice to have:
ISTQB certification.
Experience in the fields of telecommunication.
Experience in the test of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
