For our client from the food processing industry we are currently looking for two ServiceNow Engineers (REMOTE)Location: Remote
Start: 01.07.19
Duration: 2 months (extension option)
Tasks:
- Design, develop, configure, and install technically-sound solutions using best practices in
ServiceNow to solve complex, global business needs
- Create and maintain business rules using proven, advanced scripting techniques
- Create and maintain security access using ACLs via advanced scripts, roles, and conditions
- Effectively utilize multiple, complex UI policies
- Create, maintain, and troubleshoot complex workflows
- Establish complex internal and external / third-party integrations
- Collaborate with members of project teams to ensure successfully-implemented projects which
are completed on time and on budget, with a specific emphasis on Incident and Problem
Management
- Demonstrate hands on experience with multiple implementations of ITSM application
- Coordinate and perform application upgrades in partnership with vendors and stakeholders
- Test applications and enhancements to ensure zero defects
- Develop and maintain procedural documents relating to the management of the platform
- Provide advanced application support to internal team members
- Provide general ServiceNow administration, including user/ group/ role maintenance, upgrades,
patches, and environment cloning
Skills:
- 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Engineer or ServiceNow Developer
- Expert level of development and administration in ServiceNow, including scripting, business rules,
ACLs, UI policies, workflow development, internal and external / third-party integrations, Flow
Designer, and custom application development
- Extensive experience with Incident Management, Service Request, Problem Management, Change
Management, Service Portal, and mobile UI.
- Strong ability to quickly learn and comprehend business processes and problems in order to
effectively develop technical solutions to the requirements
- Proven key resource for successful ServiceNow implementations
- Ability to exceed the expectations and requirements of the stakeholders and management team
- Excellent communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation skills
