JD of Test Manager
Test Manager/Lead requires a 8-10yrs + experience of below:
? Expert level of Standard Test methodologies, Processes and Best Practices including Agile Methodologies and Test Factory etc
? Should Formulate and Implement Test strategy covering Functional , Integration, Regression and Security testing
? Automation consulting experience (esp. Selenium)
? Should be Functionally strong in Automotive Domain
? Should be Expert on Test Management tool ALM
? Define Test Strategy and Create Test Plan and provide effort estimates
? Should have experience in Test Data Management
? Effectively handle the Defect Management (Defect Triage Meetings, Defect Prevention meetings, Defect Status Reports)
? Effectively handle Change Requests
? Understanding of different Test automation frameworks
? Prior BMW Testing Process Exposure and Experience is desirable
? Expert in German Language as project communication both written and verbal are in German.
? Should be certified ISTQB Advance level test manager
