Description

1. Ensure that the configuration management process is implemented and maintained by all IT service partners in the scope
2. Ensure the timeliness of all CIs and service trees in the scope
3. Create service requests to create a CI or service tree
4. Verify and confirm that all CIs and service trees approved by Volkswagen for equipment, software, and applications have been continuously inserted into the CMS
5. Carry out measures for process optimization and continuous improvement of service quality in coordination with the Volkswagen AMS Domain Configuration Manager area of responsibility
6. Request Configuration IT data from the IT service partner CI Maintainer Scope or the Volkswagen CMDB Support
7. Analyze the delta list for change management authorization and CMDB care needs, and initiate required corrective actions and RfCs
8. Create and deploy audit and configuration reports and analytics
9. Escalation instance for the CI maintainer Scope in Configuration Management
