Agile delivery Lead

Description

You will report directly to the account run lead. As part of your mission you will be responsible to coordinate with the offshore application support team and the near shore apps development team there by ensuring a smooth , escalation free environment. You will be the single point of contact for any escalation for the robotics applications. Drive the day to day service operation, work towards continuous service improvement for higher customer satisfaction, maintain the agreed KPIs , SLAs , working on NSSR submission in case of new projects, driving the ongoing projects by adhering to agile delivery methodologies , proposing new initiatives which can potentially lead to new projects etc. will be some of your key responsibilities. Proactive and sound communication, driving the escalation by mobilizing all teams , driving and reviewing RCAs and its action items are a must to have.
