Description

C++ Developer /urgently required on a contract basis in West London.

You will be responsible for Designing and developing technical solutions which follow software engineering practices to ensure product quality meeting or exceeding software engineering standards and non-functional requirements (security, reliability, maintainability, scalability, usability, performance). Interact with Technical Business Analysts, and participate to the refinement of the functional scope of the Hotel Migration Platform. Assist them in the study of the application's interaction with the Hotel Platform SOA solution and third party providers. Collaborate with the QA organization to guarantee appropriate test coverage. (Actively participate to the SCRUM organization and its associated practices.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years' experience applying Object Orientated Concepts in design/solutions development. Full-stack developer profile to build this critical web application using : C++11 and STL. Experience with XML, REST/JSON and SOA patterns. C++11, Linux application development, Unix and Oracle (SQL and database design). Microservices architecture, Testing tools and frameworks, XML, REST/JSON and SOA patterns, Distributed version-control systems (git/mercurial) & Scrum & Kanban methodologies (Scrum Master / Product owner experience is a plus)

* Cloud architecture and platforms (Kubernetes, Google Cloud, AWS)
