Frontend Developer (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc) - Lombardy, Italy
Languages: ENGLISH only
Skills and Experience:
- JavaScript, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, Tomcat, Servlets, D3
- Libraries: D3, Sigma Js, Leaflet or OpenLayers
- Java Server Side web technologies
- Experience with Object Oriented Programming (to understand the overall architecture of the system)
- Experienced with source control (Git) and bug tracking software
- Experience in visualization techniques (eg virtual reality, network graphics)
- Experience with image manipulation software
- Good knowledge of the design and development of web applications
- Good knowledge of Scripting language
- Experience of working in an international/multicultural environment
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, ease of communication.
Description of work:
- Programming/maintenance of presentation layer of multi-tier applications
- Design and development of data visualisations
- User interfaces for PCs, tablets, smartphones
- User ergonomics
- Testing of web applications
- Installation/Configuration/Migration/updates of web applications
