Description
Test Engineer vacancy for our Zurich based client company in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years of work experience in test automation using Robot Automation Framework with Python Scripting Language
- Expertise in REST, SOAP Webservices.as well as in UI automation using Selenium Webdriver and Selenium Grid, GQL is of advantage
- Solid background in desktop application automation using AutoIT or Sikuli or PywinAuto
- Hands on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, as well as on Trading, Securities Clearing
- Knowhow of Junit test framework with Java and Openshift are of advantage
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Assisting in sprint testing activities as part of the development team
- Ensuring optimal quality at various testing stages like System and System Integration Testing through close collaboration with different testing teams inside and outside the company
- Creating Test Scenarios using Gherkin and validating them with the PO/BA
- Automating test scenarios designed at the proper level such as API or UI
- Defining and managing the test data needed for testing processes
- Detecting bugs through the testing processes and finding the solution for successful closure
- Supporting Product Owner / Business Analysts during User Acceptance Testing phase
