• Thorough understanding of IT architecture in general and especially at the software architecture level;• Involved into unit testing and standardization, modern coding constructs, technologies and building blocks;
• Deep but also broad knowledge of both business processes as SAP modules and implementation;
• Coach, guide and help application consultants, architects, developers, analysts and testers;
• Interview and assess new team candidates and perform evaluations of people, code and processes, to help the team grow in size and quality;
• Solving real life production problems, like security issues, performance issues, and scalability and availability problems;
• Understand the challenges of ERP systems in a complex environment; • Strong knowledge on the particular SAP modules;
• Strong domain knowledge;
• Strong knowledge on SAP Customizing;
• Knowledge on SAP development;
• Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English;
• Understand and work with a lot of different technologies, in various life cycles;
