Description
Candidate should have 15+ Years of overall experience & relevant experience related to Infor M3 project management should be 5-6 Years• Should be proficient in German Language
• Should have strong written & verbal communication skills in English & German language
• Should have Project Management skills with a Sound background in techno-functional area
• Extensive experience of Business Transformation projects, implementation, enhancement & development across Various ERP’s (Infor M3 project management would be added advantage)
• Should be versatile with Infor products
• Should possess practical knowledge on Engagement Management, Project Management, Business
Analysis, Global Model build & Roll out, Change management, Customer Relationship management
• Should have Good experience in liaising with IT, Business and Onsite & offshore team
• Prior experience of delivery of the projects to add real value to the various customers
• Should handle Resource planning and backup plan
• Should have prior experience on Project planning and monitoring along with project matrix management, reporting, time and cost management, resource utilization and maintaining profitability
• Should have skills in Risk management area
• Ability to adopt, Birlasoft project management processes
• Should adhere to quality process
• Must have experience on Project Management tools such as MS Project
• Must be flexible to travel on project locations
• Should possess work authority from respected European country with enough validity
• Should be self-motivated and ready for ownership of project responsibility
