Qualifications and Experience: ? Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience o Required Skills/Abilities: ? Advanced knowledge of various network monitoring tools, PRTG, SolarWinds or some monitoring tools ? Advanced knowledge of CISCO operation system o Certification Requirements: ? CCNA • Level III: o Essential Job Functions: ? Conduct ticket review for quality and provide feedback to junior members ? Update the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), develop and update various technical procedures, ? Provide technical training to the NOC personnel o Educational Qualifications and Experience: ? Master’s degree and 7+ years of experience o Certification Requirements: ? CISCO CNP • Level IV: o Essential Job Functions: ? Perform supervisory duties in ensuring that work perform during the shift adheres to the standard operating procedure ? Ensure the quality and timely update of all incident tickets ? Review and provides feedback to NOC technicians for quality improvement o Educational Qualifications and Experience: ? Master’s degree and 10+ years of experience o Required Skills/Abilities: ? Expert understanding of Remedy Incident Management ? Expert knowledge of Linux operating system environment
