Description
• Knowledge or experience with Micro Focus ITOM portfolio especially SMAX• Experience in technical solutioning of SMAX and related products such as ITSM, EAM and ITAM
• Experience in machine learning and analytics
• Experience in SA, and uCMDB is a plus
• Must be Able to analyse and decompose customer use cases
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Unix knowledge including Oracle Enterprise Linux6.6SUSE Enterprise Linux12.xRed Hat Enterprise Linux*6.x 64 bit, 7.x 64 bit**Ubuntu14.04.x LTS
• Mix of skills and, most importantly, the ability to work well with a structured yet dynamic environment with the ability to work well in highly charged situations, have strong teaming skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Position requires flexibility and capacity to work across a variety of activities within a matrix and virtual organizational framework.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for delivery of assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project.
• Understands a broad spectrum of the company's technology in order to deliver part of a detailed technical design, which meets customer requirements.
• Contributes to design for specific deliverables and assists in the development of technical solutions.
• Provides technical support and input on the application of technology to a defined business segment.
• Provides advice on solution and integration opportunities to defined segments.
• Provides technical leadership on specific integration activities that are part of an engagement.
• Provides planning and design support for the development of solution architectures that will be implemented in a multiple system environment.
• Contributes to knowledge tools and communities, and ensures project learnings are documented and shared.
• Tasks may include installing new systems applications; updating applications, firmware, and drivers; creating boundaries for as well as performing configuration and testing activities; applications programming for assigned modules within a larger program; assisting in the preparation of technical presentations and demonstrations; and participating in customer meetings.
