Description

Pega LSA (Lead System Architect) JD:
Role and Responsibility
• Manage and ensure quality standards of Pega implementations.
• Meeting and Managing engagement with Enterprise Architects.
• Responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks.
• Provides architecture and design guidance to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega
• Lead the discussions and initiatives on integration of other applications with Pega based application.
• Estimate and Size the requirements for Pega implementation; highlight dependencies for the solution on other applications.
• Works in conjunction with Program Manager to size, manage scope and risk
Experience and Skills:
• Relevant experience of 7+ years in Pega developing applications.
• Have experience of technically leading the application development for atleast 2 sizeable Pega solutions.
• Has experience of leading consulting assignments related to Pega fitment assessment.
• Have extensive experience in leading inception and elaboration exercises with business and technical stakeholders in defining PRPC solutions for complex business requirements.
• Pega CLSA certified.
• Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles; and using agile Scrum methodology.

Pega SSA (Senior System Architect) JD
Role and Responsibility
• Responsible for configuring business applications using Pega PRPC.
• Provide module leadership (in terms of detailed design and construction) within the Pega projects
• Develops and demonstrates an good knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features
• Works in conjunction with Pega LSA, Program Manager deliver a module within the Pega application/project
• Accountable for ensuring that the detailed design of the module is in line with the business requirements and high level overall design
• Participates in the requirement analysis, sizing, construction and testing of the Pega application module
Experience and Skills:
• 4 - 7 years of IT project implementation
• 4+ years’ experience in design and implementation of PRPC-based solutions,
• Good experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles
• Should have a good understanding of Relational Database Management Systems including SQL
• Experience in client side technologies like HTML, Java Script, CSS
• Should be Pega CSSA certified

Pega LBA (Lead Business Architect) JD
Role and Responsibility
• Leading and assisting in the identification and definition of requirements, use cases, process flows, screen flows, and user interfaces
• Interact with and communicate product requirements to architects, engineers, development managers, product managers, testers, and other stakeholders
• Maintain and Manage the scope of requirements for the Pega application/platform.
• Work with Development Managers, Program Managers, and Architects in scoping and sizing of projects.
• Responsible for translating customer business objectives and requirements into requirement specifications and Use Cases.
Experience and Skills:
• Adept at using DCO for Pega application business requirement capture
• Has expertise in iterative and Scrum based agile methodologies
• Possess advanced understanding of PRPC architecture, tools, and frameworks
• Experience in Pega projects as a business analyst for large-scale projects and programs
• Pega Certified Business Architect
• 8+ years of experience in the IT industry as a Business Analyst of which 5+ should be in Pega implementation projects as a Business Architect.
Fluent German language skills (and as a plus with automotive/Volkswagen knowledge)
