Task:
IT LEAD
• Overall responsible for feature development and delivery of Scrum teams
• Responsible for definition of release plan and cadence
• Ensures coordinated and successful testing of releases
• Establishes aligned way of working and development frameworks across all Scrum teams"
Soft-Skills:
>10 years experience in leading IT implementation projects
Profound expertise on scaled agile software development methods and very strong project management skills
In-depth understanding of DevOps and continuous delivery/continuous integration
In-depth understanding of COTS and custom software
Fach-Skills:
CI/CD general understanding, knowledge of current DevOps maturity model
COTS implementation experience i.e. Salesforce
Custom software implementation experience, Microservices
SaaS experience and architecture understanding
Experienced in working with off- and nearshore teams
