Optimus Search are working with a leading Digital Consultancy that specialize in the implementation of DevOps processes within a large portfolio of clients spanning across a variety of sectors including; Government Institutions.2020 is set to be a big year for this client, they have a strong project pipeline for the next 18 months. They have a key focus on a building out a team for a huge digital transformation project for a one of their biggest clients.
They currently require a DevOps Engineer to come on board for a 6 month project based onsite in Berlin, where you will be playing a key role in support of their CI/CD pipelines including the underlying infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Creation and review of specifications
- Design and maintenance of processes and technologies to automate and accelerate the entire development and operating cycle: planning and tracking, development, build creation and testing, provision as well as monitoring and operation.
- Design and implementation of software including design and implementation of unit and verification tests
Candidate profile
- Substantial experience with Azure DevOps / TFS, MS SQL Server, Xamarin, Docker, Kubernetes and vSphere
- Extensive professional experience in the implementation of agile software projects
- Sound knowledge of OOP (e.g. in C #, Java), scripting (e.g. in Powershell) and Git
- Bilingual in English and German
