IT Service Owner / IT Solution Analyst eChannels vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Solid understanding of IT integration and web technologies
- Profound knowledge in MQ, Unix, Unix shell scripting, Oracle and SQL as well as know-how in J2EE Application Integration like WLS, REST, Spring Boot, Docker and SAML
- Structured working flow
- Higher education in computer science or similar
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Performing smooth running of global eChannel services for B2B and B2C client segments as well as end-to-end responsibility for e-Banking service as service owner
- Providing 3rd Level support for the e-Channel applications and supporting application responsible on technical question in a global environment and the development teams
- Acting as a point of escalation and giving ideas for continuous improvement
- Providing proactive tracking of problems along with analyzing and solving incidents and defects
