Senior Software Developer (m/f/d)

Scope of work
- Analysis of banking issues
- Documentation
- Close coordination with department and operation
- Development of the technical requirements
- Test of the self-developed software
- Implementation of lifecycle measures
- Assistance with the introduction of production
- Incident processing 2nd

Skills required
- Several years of experience in application development
- Deep understanding of the mapping of the bank's business processes in the applications
- Good knowledge of the architecture, data models and interfaces of the applications to be supported
- Deep understanding of how a data warehouse works
- Sound knowledge of ETL procedures at command shell level
- Sound knowledge of the DB2 database software
- Experience with DB2 Data Warehouse - DPF based systems
- Sound knowledge of data modelling with Power designer
- Knowledge of data type domain design and adaptation database configuration
- Deep knowledge of SQL and performance optimization of complex SQL scripts
- Profound experience with BASH scripting +*nix toolset (SED, AWK, screen, complete BASH functionality)
- In-depth knowledge of time chain construction and historization of data
- Experience with test procedures in the DWH environment (analytical area and ETL)
- Understanding of complex UC4 job control tasks
- Experience in the perception of 2nd and 3rd level support tasks
