Description
• Extensive knowledge of traditional Telephony environments, VOIP environments and Telephony Special features, like ACD, IVR, hunt groups etc.• Proven track record in Telephony migration projects both traditional as well as agile.
• Proven track record of working in international organizations/teams
• Project Experience in global Multinational companies is a must, in semiconductor industry a pre.
• Personal characteristics: Convincing, Can-Do-will-do attitude, Political and cultural sensitivity, Analytical, Team Player, eager to walk the extra mile, high quality standards (first time right)
• High level Networking knowledge to be able to arrange technical prerequisites for voice on LAN and WAN networks
• Excellent technical documentation skills (such as designing roadmaps and developing low/high level architecture/designs/number plans)
• Persuasive mind-set and to make things happen (successfully finish projects and assignments)
• Continuous drive for improvement
• Proven ability to communicate professionally in a corporate environment, work in cross-functional collaborative global teams.
