Your profile
Proven track record of working in a Citrix environment
Good communications skills (verbal and written - English)
Analytical and problem solving, happy to search for answers
Team player and flexible in case work is required out of business hours
Innovative, proactive and customer focused
Strong security awareness
Patient with both people and technology, happy to share knowledge and investigate issues thoroughly
Basic knowledge and experience of the following technologies is required:
Citrix XenApp / XenDesktop
Citrix Netscaler
Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems and related infrastructure
Policies and Security Controls
IP Networking skills including Firewall rule sets
Active Directory and Group Policies
Knowledge of the following is also beneficial:
Application compatibility especially with Remote Desktop Servers
System Center (SCVMM/SCCM/SCOM)
AppSense Application Manager
SQL / WQL queries
