My client is a Leading Swiss Consultancy based in Zurich. Due to some expansion plans they are currently seeking for German speaking Senior Software Engineer Web Frontend to advise their clients and implement projects involving web applications. This is a permanent position with attractive employment conditions.Key responsibilities will include:
- Support in the analysis, conception and implementation of complex projects in the area of ??web, CMS, shop and portal solutions with a focus on the frontend
- Cooperation in technical solution concepts and handling of consulting mandates in the web front-end environment
The successful incumbent will possess:
- Several years of experience in conception, design and implementation of front-end solutions using modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / TypeScript)
- Experience in the implementation of graphic designs for different output media (desktop and mobile devices, responsive web design)
- Ability to ensure compatibility for the different web browsers
- Profound knowledge of at least one JavaScript framework such as React or Angular
- Experience with build tools like Webpack or Grunt
- Experience and know-how with CSS precompilers such as SASS / SCSS, Stylus or LESS
- Experience with unit and e2e testing tools such as Jest, Karma, Jasmine, Protractor or similar tools
- Fluency in English & German (spoken and written)
