Administration Support - IT Resource Management / Purchase Order / Procurement - vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Familiarity with procurement processes as well as IT terminology
- Expertise with entering requests into different procurement systems focusing on Oracle Fusion
- Knowhow of Tableau dashboards is favourable
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Gathering purchase order requirements from IT unit requestors
- Performing quality control and validation on requirements
- Arranging requisition request for approval and submission
- Coordinating orders between IT and finance until successfully issued
- Assisting with data housekeeping using Excel and SharePoint
