Description

My client is an independent global asset management firm focusing on private assets including private equity, private credit, and clean energy infrastructure.

Currently they are looking to hire an excperienced Data& Application Enginner to provide services to various business units, operation and the Information Technology team.

Your tasks include:
  • Application evaluation based on business, security and infrastructure requirements
  • Collaboration with business stakeholders to optimize and develop the application portfolio
  • Analysis and detection of interdependencies, provision of solution design and concepts
  • Project management skills and documentation skills to evaluate, test, implement and maintain solutions
  • Change and release management and up-to-date system documentation
  • Responsibility for the reliable operation and development of specified applications, such as but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Jira Service Desk and One Identify Active Roles, with a special focus on workflow creation and development
  • Application workflow creation, optimization and customization
  • Provision of 2nd and 3rd level support in close cooperation with business and external partners
  • Report creation with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL scripting and Business Intelligence
  • Analysis and comparison of data
  • Implementation coordination with the Engineering team
  • Handover documentation for Service Desk


To succeed in this role, your competency and skills should include:
  • Solid information technology knowledge
  • Good understanding of Microsoft SQL databases, SSRS, SSIS, scripting and experience with Visual Studio
  • Any of the following knowledge or experience would be an advantage: Dynamics 365 CRM, Jira Service Desk, Jira Confluence, One Identity Active Roles, Quest Change Auditor and Reporter, Resco for CRM, DealCloud, HighQ, Software as a Service solutions
  • Very good business acumen to understand customer needs
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Quick grasp and good understanding of processes. The ability to improve processes and work flows and map processes to workflows
  • Structured and process oriented working style
