Description

Associate Scientist vacancy for our Basel based client in the pharma sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • 2+ years' experience of cGMP in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment
  • Solid technical knowledge in analytical separation, with HPLC or Capillary Electrophoresis
  • Familiarity with software and computer tools as well as experience with LEAN lab would be advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Master of Science/Bachelor of Science or successful apprenticeship with 3 years of relevant working experience in health industry
  • Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Performing and recording GMP physical/chemical testing, including pH, UV, HPLC or CE, in a cGMP environment
  • Addressing simple problems, as well as recognizing and communicating complex problems
  • Informing and supporting on deviations and unexpected results
  • Performing diverse administrative lab tasks regarding data systems and participating in regulatory agency audits and inspections
  • Optimising existing methods, contributing to new method development and reproducing published methods
