Description
An award winning Global Services company currently have a demand for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team on an initial 3 month contract.
This role will be based within a fast-paced environment, and will require you to provide 1st line and Incident Management support to a vast user base. Whilst doing this, first class customer service must be maintained throughout.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience providing 1st line support.
Experience supporting G-Suite or Chrome OS.
Experience using ServiceNow as an ITSM tool.
Must be proactive and hold great customer service skills.
You will be joining a fully remote team, therefore candidates across the UK.
