Senior Kotlin/Java Developer - Trade Processing/Equity Swaps sought by leading investment bank based in Canary Wharf/remote.
*Umbrella/PAYE Only*
Person Specification Knowledge/Experience:
* Java/Scala/Kotlin development (at least 3 years)
* Agile development processes
* Test Driven Development
* Experience in Equity Derivatives Lifecycle advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivery of Trade Capture and Trade Processing components within the Strategic Swaps Platform
* Development and automated testing using Java/Kotlin
* Working within an Agile team
* Participation in design, planning and estimation discussions within the team
Job Background:
* The business has significant growth targets for 2021 and beyond, which cannot be accommodated by the existing Equity Swaps platform
* In order to handle future growth, they are embarking on a wide-ranging overhaul of the technology platform - including moving from .NET to JVM/Linux operating environment
