Senior Software Engineer (AWS, Scala, DevOps) - 8 Month Rolling Contract (Umbrella)
We are currently looking for a number of highly skilled Senior Software Engineers to take on new contract positions within one of our industry-leading eCommerce clients.
We are looking for individuals who are capable of providing our existing team with guidance on architecture design. You will be a capable leader, with experience guiding and mentoring teams through complex technical problems.
You will have deep experience working within an AWS environment and will have held roles that combine hand on technical development/coding (preferably in Scala) while providing structure around best practice DevOps principles.
To be successful in this role:
- You will be a talented Scala (or Golang) Developer
- You will have deep experience working within an AWS environment
- Be comfortable instilling best practice DevOps principles
- Have experience leading on the build of new products
- Be able to introduce ways of working that improve our current standards
- Have worked in a range of agile environments
