We are currently looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for one our major automotive clients in Darlington. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for assisting with the move of existing manufacturing processes to different buildings.
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer must have previously done a process set-up as they will be leading the; planning, designing, purchasing and implementation of changes to the manufacturing equipment and systems.
The successful Senior Manufacturing Engineer will have the following experience:
* Ensure safety requirement, manufacturing goals and product specifications are met
* Lead work for specific projects to create & implement all aspects of manufacturing
* Plan, design and implementation of changes to manufacturing equipment and systems
* Work with external stakeholders, business leaders, and functional members
The successful Senior Manufacturing Engineer will have the following skill set:
* Process Set-up experience
* Strong mechanical experience (electrical & robotical less important)
