Description
A Software Developer with strong Java (ideally 11) or Kotlin (nice to have) microservices development experience, as well as Spring Boot, Kubernetes and AWS experience is needed to join a thriving software engineering team to work on their burgeoning platform.
*Please note this role is operating outside IR35* - the client are London based but happy to operate flexibly.
You will be joining a core team of established senior engineers who have paved a strong foundation for the current re-platform; so whilst Kotlin experience is highly advantageous, if you have strong Back End development experience that extends to Java Microservices with Spring Boot - and have an appetite to work with Kotlin - this is a fantastic opportunity to do so alongside a team of industry leading engineers. Full-Stack experience is also highly advantageous, but again, non essential; the client have a react based Front End so bonus points if this is in your repetoire.
The platform is AWS hosted and some good experience Kubernetes/deployment will stand you in good stead.
