Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

· Providing Technical leadership for a team of engineers
· Designing and implementing systems in an agile delivery environment
· Deliver End-to-End Solutions in collaboration with engineering and cross functional teams
· Try new things and prove the value of ideas and innovations and own them all the way to production
· Ensuring systems are properly tested, monitored and instrumented
· Helping build a great engineering culture that consistently delivers value to our customers and business
· Ensure that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability are addressed in the development
· Improve existing systems by analyzing areas of modification
· Maintain systems by monitoring, identifying, and correcting software defects
· Update knowledge and skills regularly through in-house and external courses, manuals, and new applications

Knowledge & Skills

. Demonstrated Technical Solutions Architecture and design leadership
· Have strong experience in developing Spring Boot / Kotlin based Java RESTful Microservices in cloud platform such as GCP
· Container technologies such as Docker on Kubernetes
· Have strong API design, development, and management
· Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices
· Have the desire to mentor others and set technical direction
· Good experience in database technologies (RDBMS and NoSQL)
· Good understanding of data architecture and data pipeline methodologies
· Extensive knowledge on Test Automation and development using TDD and BDD methodologies
· Exposure to UI technologies such as Typescript, React
· Knowledge in DevOps pipelines, CI/CD process
· Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
· Have strong lead experience to come up with Solutions to work with Product owner, Product specialist and development team

· 10 + years of software development experience
