• Many years of experience as a Business Analyst, fearless and can ask the right questions to understand needs and processes
• Driven and independent, can easily get acquainted with new areas, plan and carry out activities in collaboration with others
• Very good communicative and pedagogical ability to be able to handle different types of dialogues with stakeholders / activities and convey needs / requirements / processes within the project
• Problem solvers with relatively good technical understanding, ability to also discuss solution alternatives together with architects
• Could also play a role as a process developer
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
Desirable merits:
• Experience / good understanding of financial processes such as payment, invoicing, cash accounting etc.
• Experience / good understanding of retail operations
• Has experience of working also as a solution architect
