Description
What you will do
Solve complicated issues with live cloud server environments and provide software configuration and tuning recommendations for optimal performance.
Resolve advanced-level issues or customer escalations and take ownership of the issues.
Collaborate closely with clients on matters related to application configuration.
Actively participate in architecture discussions and proposes solutions to system and product changes cross teams.
Identify and drive application improvements and modifications to support the project delivery.
Cross-team collaboration and communication.
Develop and maintain automation tools for team needs.
Communicate to Internal and External Developers/Community/Merchants.
Provide mentorship for team members Maintenance of projects based on Magento.
Deep debugging of Magento projects.
Participate in peer code reviews.
Available for on-call rotation, work off hours, holiday and weekend hours as required.
Skills:
5+ years' experience in web development.
3+ years' experience with Magento framework is a big plus
Excellent developer knowledge of PHP7 and Object-oriented programming.
Working experience with AWS, Elasticsearch, MySQL, PHP, Linux, Docker, and Jenkins.
Experience with Version Control Systems (Git).
Familiarity with Agile/Kanban.
Communicates clearly with the team and management to define and achieve goals.
Comfortable with taking reasonable amounts of risk.
