PYTHON DEVELOPER LEAD - PYTHON LEAD DEVELOPER - SENIOR PYTHON DEVELOPER
London, circa £excellent/day dependent on experience
Clarity Resourcing is seeking a number of experienced Software Engineers-Python Developers with advanced/senior experience working on complex systems and models and a good grasp of maths! The role is based in London but currently you'd be working remote with an expectation that, if needed, you will be able to work in-office 1-2 days a week post lockdown.
Particularly interested in applicants who have experience working with complex modelling projects, simulations, mathematical modelling, stochastic & deterministic processes that involve calculations and manipulations of large volumes of data, nuclear physics, energy, weather, fluid dynamics, financial markets, climate, etc would be of interest. Day rate will vary depending on experience and strengths.
Key skills: extensive Python programming experience, cloud developer (Azure, Google, AWS), Kubernetes, SQL, with significantly data-driven project experience. NumPy, Num Py or Pandas would be advantageous. You'll need a mathematics -physics-engineering-computer science related degree and have a passion for formal software engineering.
Working as part of a team, you'll be a naturally determined problem-solver and you'll need first-class written & verbal communications skills to liaise with stakeholders.
