Position: Salesforce Support Engineer (French Language is Mandatory)
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Job location: Remote Work
It is URGENT requirement who can start as early as next week.
• 4-6 year Experience with customer support profile in the market
• Proficient with French language to support the French users
• At least 2 years of Experience working on Salesforce platform. Admin (ADM) certification will be big plus.
• Experience in coordinating with business users and helping them triage their issues on Salesforce to resolve them
• Always available on the given communication channels and “Customer First” kind of approach
• Coordinate with the offshore team in case of difficult issues
