Description
I am currently recruiting for a PHP Developer to complete a 12 month project with a central government client. As part of the role, you will develop the application through the public beta state and ensure readiness for live service and work closely with the user researcher on iterative service development based on user needs and stories.
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
- Proven ability to design services to meet user needs including planning, designing and conducting usability testing of prototypes.
- Experience of industry standard web application technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java, Javascript, PHP, Ruby and Python.
- Proven experience in use of service-based technologies such as SOAP, RESTful APIs, XML messaging and JSON. 6.
- Experience of deploying and building web applications on Cloud Foundry using buildpacks and the CLI
- Proven experience of iterative product development based on user needs and stories.
- Proven experience of the ability to share and transfer knowledge and skills to a junior developer to enable their development and learning of industry practice.
