Location: Remote initially (ideally based in London)
Contract Length: 12 months
Day rate: £545 - PAYE (please ask for more info)

Monarch are working with a leading financial organisation who are looking to bring on a UX Developer.
This role is a great opportunity for the right person to join a growing team throughout 2021, you will need experience in the below to be successful:
- 8+ Years software web development experience. At least 5 years of hands on experience with HTML 5/JS and 2 years with ReactJS
- Demonstrable experience with ReactJS
- In depth understanding of software development life cycle and best practices is a must. Production release and SDLC for mobile apps (enterprise or Internet deployed) is preferred.
- Experience developing reusable APIs, consuming web services (REST) and processing data (XML/JSON).
- Solid understanding of interface guidelines and be able to design good UX
- Ability to review the Architecture/Design/Code; suggests solutions and improvements.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite including Excel, Visio, MS Project.
- Experience working with offshore development, analysis & test teamsClear, effective verbal and written communication.
- Team player able to work both cross team and cross border
- Proactive, self-starting approach to work. Ability to 'think outside the box'.
- Demonstrable evidence of working in a challenging environment
- Capable of working in both a team situation as well as capable of being self-sufficient
- Maintain existing design documentation and create new documents, where required to site standards
