Description
I am looking for a number of AWS Cloud Engineers, for a minimum 6 month engagement, as part of a larger technology transformation programme.
This role will be fully remote.
This role has been deemed inside IR35.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience using AWS Cloud services
- You will be responsible for writing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), using Terraform
- Python programming language
- Responsible for building and maintaining cloud-native applications
- Utilise DevOps tools in a cloud environment, ideally Concourse
- Work alongside architecture and engineering teams to design and implement scalable software services
- Implement continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Troubleshoot the system and solve problems across all platform environments
- Oversee pre-production acceptance testing to ensure the high quality of services and products
Skills & Experience:
- It is absolutely essential that you have strong commercial experience with AWS, Terraform, Python, Automated Testing, and Lambda
- If you have any commercial experience with Cognito, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, and BDD, this would be highly beneficial
- The ability to be a strong team player
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
