Description
Requirements
1. Leads and manages project teams from Design Concept through Start of Production on assigned projects/programs. Ensures that the project meets/exceeds all objectives.
2. Coordinates development and updates of financial documentation (PDBP, Business Case, etc) for assigned projects
3. Creates and manages project schedules ensuring appropriate feedback and buy-in from all functional groups
4. Facilitates communication and interaction among the functional members of the team, resolves conflicts among team members, and coaches team members to peak performance. Initiates appropriate corrective action to ensure team performance.
5. Proactively assesses project issues and facilitates mitigation plan to ensure project success. Reports on potential issues and mitigation plans to senior management as required.
6. Develops material and presents status updates to various levels of management including Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
7. Proactively develops and implements recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities.
8. Seeks and recommends improvements to the existing product development process
9. Has ERP functional experience and can meet with business counterparts to gather requirements
