Description
Duration : 12 months with possible extension• Experience in last 5 years in architecture, design and development of ServiceNow
• Experience of financial industry sector
• Experience with Unicredit Services technical processes and tools Technical Skills
• Ability to manage date mining and ETL reporting
• Knowledge of WebService, API rest/soap
• Ability to configure and maintain ServiceNow ITSM Applications
• Experience with developing ServiceNow software solution using JavaScript, XML, HTML and CSS
• Advanced knowledge in UCS Releasemanagement process and tools
• Knowledge of unit testing and user acceptance testing
• Experience in coordinating and executing application and platform upgrades and create ServiceNow reports and dashboard. Certification
• ITIL foundation and ServiceNow Administrator
