  • IT education (HTL, Fachhochschule, University)

  • Experience with: API, JSON, XML, IDE, Postman, SQL, HTML, JavaScript

  • A plus: experience with ticket systems like Jira

  • Result orientation and willingness to perform

  • Communication and team skills

  • Very good English and German skills

Deine Tasks


  • Direct communication with business users

  • Track customer/ project issues

  • Research customer issues

  • Update documentation for customers self service

  • Analyze and describe technical problems

The minimum salary for this position is € 30.800,- gross per annum, with the willingness to overpay based on your qualifications and experience.
