- Experience with: API, JSON, XML, IDE, Postman, SQL, HTML, JavaScript
- A plus: experience with ticket systems like Jira
- Result orientation and willingness to perform
- Communication and team skills
- Very good English and German skills
Deine Tasks
- Direct communication with business users
- Track customer/ project issues
- Research customer issues
- Update documentation for customers self service
- Analyze and describe technical problems
The minimum salary for this position is € 30.800,- gross per annum, with the willingness to overpay based on your qualifications and experience.
