Appsbroker, a leading GCP Consultancy is engaged with a Client looking to modernise their approach to Application Development, such as improving their delivery timeline and to upskill their existing team in best practice.
Primarily, this consultant will be writing and delivering microservice Back End services in Node.js as well as producing solutions using testing frameworks such as Jest or Jasmine.
This is a 3 month contract remote contract engagement deemed to be outside IR35 to start on 21st June 2021 or as close as.
Requirements
- Experience as a Software Engineer with Node.js andTypescript
- Experience using NestJS, TypeORM and Postgres (or similar)
- A proficiency in building microservice Back End services
- A drive to produce high-quality solutions using testing frameworks such as Jest or Jasmine
- Experience in identifying, debugging and resolving complex production issues
- Championed Agile methodologies and supported teams works in an Agile environment
- Experience mentoring and supporting teammates to adopt new technologies or practices
