Description
We require a number of ServiceNow SME's from Arcitects to Developers for a major Greenfield SNOW project.
You will be required to gain a conceptualization of business needs to translate and drive end-to-end implementation of ITSM processes in ServiceNow. Focus on administering, developing and driving Service Management requirements.
Proactively plan and coordinate complex functional and technical discussion with stakeholders as well as working with Business Analyst on technical and process implementation.
Key points:
1. Good understanding and experience in working with SCRUM/Agile methodology.
2. In-depth knowledge and extensive hands-on experience working on ITSM processes
3. In-depth knowledge and extensive hands-on experience working on ServiceNow Scripting components such as Business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI pages, ServiceNow Glide objects etc.
4. Knowledge of system design and development used with web service or message-based application(eg. REST/SOAP)
5. Expertise of ServiceNow integration capabilities including table APIs, scripted APIs, Integration hub, Import set API, flow designer, pull/push using data sources etc.
