Description
We are recruiting for a Software Developer In Test for an 8 month contract. This role will be fully remote. For this role we are looking for candidates who have experience working on FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) and hands on experience with Python.
Experience Required:
- Experience of breaking down and leading test activities on a number of projects, releases and deliveries whilst working in an agile environment
- Extensive experience of designing, writing, execution and reporting of functional and non-functional testing for complex IT solutions and architectures
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Knowledge of industry standard test automation tools and experience in developing product test harnesses and instrumenting products to gather test results
- Experience with test driven development and establishing unit, integration and contract test infrastructures
- Proven ability to clearly articulate complex technical and/or data architecture and to recognise the risks associated with that solution
- Experience of providing guidance to peers and junior members of the team when gaining new experience in test and assurance methodologies and tools
- Experience with continuous delivery and continuous deployment
- Must be Proficient in Python
- Good knowledge of the FHIR standard and experience of full API development cycle
Experience in implementing and testing solutions using technologies such as:
- FHIR Works on AWS framework
- AWS Lambdas
- Amazon MSK (Apache Kafka)
- AWS Lake Formation
- AWS Glue
- Amazon Redshift, Amazon Athena, Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL, Amazon DynamoDB
- Kubernetes, Terraform
