Project:
To provide an architecture to meet the specific needs related to the redesign of a database used by the Inspectorate Division of Brussels Environment.
The project will consist of the redesign of the Inspectorate database and the user interface to obtain a tool that meets the Division's needs.
Mission:
The senior Functional Analyst will demonstrate a good knowledge of databases (SQL) as well as knowledge of current programming languages (C#, Java, Python, etc.). He/she will also need a working knowledge of a BPMN Datamodelling tool, ideally the BizAgi tool.
Your skills:
- Good communication skills (written and oral) in Dutch and French;
- Curiosity and good listening skills;
- Pedagogical, conveying messages in a way that is understandable to everyone;

- Good knowledge of analytical methods;
- Ability to conceptualise, improve and harmonise the process and model of a database;
- Ability to perform gap analysis (analysis, modelling, information structure);
- Ability to work in an agile way.
Excellent analytical skills, customer focus, team spirit and responsiveness will be required to manage customer requests and potential changes.
