Description
High Profile Hedge Fund in London looking for 2x Python Developers for a 6 months rolling Contract, Outside of IR35.
In addition to being a skilled multi-faceted Software Developer, whom enjoys engaging with new and varied frameworks, the ideal candidate will require good understanding of databases, data structures and data processing. This role would be suited to a developer who wishes to gain experience in the Financial Services sector and specifically Hedge Funds and Asset Management.
Responsibilities:
Development and maintenance of an in-house, web based system (Python, Django) and MS SQL database which manages Investor balances and dealing for all funds in the organisation.
Knowledge and skills:
Mid-Senior level required with circa 3-6 years' experience as a Software Developer in the following environments.
Python (Django)
Java
JavaScript (any type)
MS SQL
Experience in the following is useful
SISS, Vue.js, REST APIs, HTML, Tableau, Docker, Linux Server/Windows Server, GitHub.
Long Term Rolling Contract working in a great environment.
